Directions
1. Add 2 tablespoons (15g) of Summer Land Camels Camel Milk Powder to 150ml (5 fl oz) of room temperature water.
2. Stir or blend until dissolved.
For best results, we recommend using spring water, storing reconstituted milk in the refrigerator overnight, and blending prior to consumption.
Why many people tolerate camel milk better than cow milk:
-
Camel milk contains less lactose than cow milk, which may help those with mild lactose intolerance.
-
Camel milk does not contain A1 beta-casein or beta-lactoglobulin, both common allergens in cow milk.
-
Camel milk has lower levels of αs1-casein and κ-casein, proteins often linked to dairy allergies.
-
Camel milk’s unique A2 β-casein structure may be easier to digest and less likely to cause inflammatory reactions.

Know before you buy
While many people with dairy sensitivities report better tolerance of camel milk, always consult your healthcare provider before making dietary changes. If you have experienced dairy allergies or lactose intolerance in the past, we recommend starting with a 100g bag and testing a very small amount to check your tolerance. Please also review our refund policy for perishable goods.
