FREE SHIPPING

At Summer Land Camels, we’re committed to providing an exceptional shopping experience. We offer free standard shipping on qualifying orders. See below for details.

Free Standard Shipping Within Australia

  • Eligibility: Orders over $99 AUD (excluding taxes and after discounts)
  • Exclusions: Cold Home Delivery orders with refrigerated goods are not eligible for free shipping.

Free Standard Shipping to New Zealand

  • Eligibility: Orders over $119 NZD (excluding taxes and after discounts)

Free Standard Shipping to the United States

  • Eligibility: Orders over $139 USD (excluding taxes and after discounts)
  • 27 August 2025: Shipping to the United States and Puerto Rico is temporarily suspended - More Info

Free Standard Shipping to Canada

  • Eligibility: Orders over $179 CAD (excluding taxes and after discounts)

Important Notes

  • Free shipping applies only to standard shipping and excludes cold home delivery, express, or expedited options.
  • Free shipping is applicable to a single shipping event per order. If you need items from one order sent to multiple addresses or in multiple shipments, additional shipping charges may apply.
  • This offer applies only to orders shipped within Australia, New Zealand, the United States, and Canada.

DELIVERY OF GOODS

Physical goods may be delivered by Australia Post and/or other reputable courier companies. Deliveries are processed promptly upon receipt of full payment. Delivery may take between 2 and 14 days, depending on the delivery option. Damaged or lost orders should be resolved with Australia Post or the courier company directly and we are not responsible for goods that are damaged in transit or not received. Replacement of damaged or lost items is made at the discretion of Summer Land Camels.

Digital goods are delivered immediately. Please be aware there are inherent risks associated with downloading any software and digital goods. Should you have any technical problems downloading any of our goods, please contact us so we may try to assist you.

Lost, Damaged, Stolen, or Issues?

If your order has not arrived, appears to be lost or stolen, or arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please enquire here as soon as possible. We will assess the issue and work with you to make it right.


COLD HOME DELIVERY

We deliver refrigerated goods including fresh milk, cheese, and other cold goods to selected destinations in QLD, NSW & ACT. Learn more about our cold delivery service terms and conditions. All cold delivery orders are subject to confirmation.


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Important disclaimer for orders shipping outside of Australia

Duties and Taxes:


When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. Such charges are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

The buyer is responsible for obtaining information regarding their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions that may apply when purchasing our products.

By placing an international order (shipping outside of Australia) the buyer is responsible for abiding by their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions.

If product is seized and destroyed by customs, or returned to Australia, we will NOT be responsible for the losses, product, or shipping refunds.

We do not ship alcohol internationally (outside of Australia).
