Why can’t I see some products?
Some products, including our vodka and rum, are only available to customers in Australia.
If you are in Australia but cannot see these products, check that your country or region is set to Australia.
Desktop: At the top right of the website, select the country and currency menu, then choose Australia.
Mobile: Tap the menu icon. At the bottom of the menu, select the country and currency setting, then choose Australia.
What are your shipping options?
We offer free standard shipping within Australia when you spend $99 or more.
Orders are shipped from Brisbane and are usually dispatched within two business days. Australian orders are delivered by Australia Post and generally arrive within 2 to 14 business days, depending on the destination.
International shipping availability, pricing and delivery times vary. Some products, including alcohol, cannot be shipped outside Australia.

Why can’t I complete checkout?
First, check that your country or region is selected correctly, particularly if you are purchasing products that are only available within Australia.
You can also try:
- Refreshing the page
- Updating your web browser
- Opening the shop in a private or incognito browser window
- Trying another browser or device
- Removing the products from your cart and adding them again
If you are still unable to complete checkout, please contact us and let us know which products you are trying to purchase, your delivery location and any error message displayed.

Can I visit your farm?
Yes. Summer Land Camels is generally open daily from 9 am to 3 pm. Opening hours may vary on some public holidays or during special events.
General entry to the farm is free, except for some special events. Charges apply for camel feed, camel rides, farm tours and other booked experiences.
You can meet, pat and feed our camels, visit our Homestead Cafe and browse our farm shop.

How do I get to Summer Land Camels?
Summer Land Camels is located at:

Public transport, taxi services and rideshare services are generally not available in Harrisville.
If you use a rideshare service such as Uber or DiDi to travel to the farm, we recommend asking your driver to remain in the area or arranging your return journey in advance.
Please contact us for information about private transfer options, including Royal Black Transfers, Pineapple Tours and other transport providers.
What facilities are available at the farm?
Facilities available onsite include:

- Outdoor seating and garden areas
If you require the wheelchair lift, please let our cafe staff know when you arrive and they will assist you.
Is Summer Land Camels accessible?
Summer Land Camels is committed to providing an accessible tourism experience.
Accessible facilities include a wheelchair lift and accessible areas within the Homestead Cafe and visitor facilities. Please contact us before your visit if you have specific access requirements.

What is on the cafe menu?
Our accessible Homestead Cafe serves breakfast, brunch and lunch, with a seasonal menu featuring our award-winning camel milk products.
It is also the place to enjoy camel milk gelato or our famous Camelcino.

Can I book a table at the cafe?
We do not take standard table bookings, but we have plenty of seating on our verandah and throughout the gardens.
For groups of 10 or more people, please contact us with your planned date, time and group size. We will note your visit in our calendar and get back to you if we need any further information.
Can I bring my dog?
Although we love dogs, pets cannot be brought onto the farm due to biosecurity and animal safety requirements.
Certified support dogs and assistance animals are permitted in accordance with our Assistance Animals Policy.
Can I fly a drone at the farm?
Please ask for permission before flying a drone anywhere on the property.
Drone use may be restricted to protect our animals, visitors, staff and farm operations.
Will farm tours and camel rides go ahead if it is raining?
Weather conditions at the farm can be different from Brisbane and coastal areas, so activities may still proceed when it is raining elsewhere.
Farm tours can usually continue in light rain. If conditions are unsuitable for camel rides, we may transfer your booking to our all-weather Cameleer Experience or arrange a credit or refund.
We monitor local conditions and will contact affected customers if an activity needs to change.
Do camel rides need to be booked in advance?
Yes. Online booking is essential for camel rides, as places are limited.
Closed-in shoes and helmets must be worn on all rides. Helmets are provided.
Riders must be at least 4 years old. A maximum weight of 100 kg applies per person, or to the combined weight of riders using a double saddle.

What time should I arrive for my booked activity?
Please arrive and check in at least 15 minutes before your booked camel ride, farm tour or experience.
Arriving early allows time for check-in, safety instructions and helmet fitting where required.
What is your cancellation policy for tours and rides?
Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before your booked tour, ride or experience.
Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours may be subject to the conditions that apply to your booking.
