We recommend consulting your dietician for personalised advice. However, many of our customers have found that drinking two cups of reconstituted Camel Milk or smoothies containing an equivalent amount of Camel Milk powder daily has helped improve their gut health.

Our Camel Milk Powder is easy to prepare. Simply add 15g of powder to 150ml of (room temperature) water and stir or blend until disolved.

For best results, we recommend using spring water and storing reconstituted milk in the fridge overnight, and blending prior to consumption.

The powder doesn't have to be reconstituted in order to use it for cooking - for example, you can add it directly to porridge, or add it to milk on the stove when making chai (it just needs to be stirred as you heat it, until dissolved).
