Fresh Fromage Blanc
Smooth, creamy, slightly tart and award-winning, our Camel Milk Fromage Blanc is the only one of its kind in Australia. Hand-crafted with freshest Camel Milk straight from our dairy, this delectable fresh soft cheese can be used alongside sweet or savoury flavour profiles.
Camel Milk Haloumi
Hand-crafted with Camels Milk, our Haloumi is slightly stringy, creamy and smooth that is delicate in flavour. Can be either fried, grilled or baked for that perfect addition to breakfast, a salad or serve with watermelon as they do in Cyprus.
Camel Milk Gelato Range
Our naturally sweet multi-award winning Gelato range is rich, indulgent and healthy. It is creamy, smooth and naturally low in fat. Currently available in 5 Litre commercial tubs and soon to be available in smaller individual retail sizes. There are five flavours to tempt your taste buds – Vanilla, Chocolate, Salted Caramel, Honey and Macadamia and Mixed Berry.

We have enjoyed using Summer Land Camels milk and cheese from the moment we came across their culinary adventure searching the Scenic Rim for special produce to present as part or our Producer's Lunch and Dinner events. The camel Persian feta hasn't left the menu since the start of its production. Luscious, rich and creamy it lifts any dish with its addition. The milk frequents our menu in pannacotta, refreshing and delicious, and fromage blanc in souffle and creamy addition to many dishes. Aside from their milk and cheese, I have become a fan of their skin care products. At last year's Winter Harvest festival I purchased some Night Cream with rose geranium and lavender which has become an evening ritual before bed. Aroma therapy and anti-aging benefits combined.

"I have been using Summer Land Camels dairy products for over 3 years now and from the first taste of the Persian Feta I was hooked.
And so were my customers. We introduced Summer Land's range into our degustation menus, specials, cocktail parties, private functions and Bar menus.
Serving a Camel Bourguignon for a Beef and Bourguignon Club and they could not pick the meat, but loved the flavour and texture of it.
Making Creme Caramels with the milk, cake glazings with the Fromage Blanc or mixed it into our truffled scrambled eggs, baked the Persian Feta with pink peppercorns and tomatoes or just as a light lunch dish with greek salad and avocado. The cheddar cheese tastes very mature and serves best with a nice glass of Bordeaux and the Halloumi simply pan-fried for breakfast.

The dairy products are a perfect alternative for lactose intolerance and the meat is versatile and flavoursome. Perfect for slow cooking and full flavoured dishes.

As a side note, I am using the hand cream and body cream for my Eczema since 2 months and it is helping a lot with the scarring and dryness. It has certainly improved the condition and I will keep on using it."
