Australian Camels are some of the healthiest in the world. Our Camels are originally wild. We bring them to the farm from the outback of South Australia and Northern Territory. They’re disease free with quality meat and milk production bloodlines. Our Milk is produced using a gentle manufacturing process, exclusive to our farm, to deliver the purest whole Camel Milk.
Our Milk is:
- Naturally homogenised and very gently pasturised at extremely low temperatures to retain the all the prized ingredients.
- Rich in healthy Vitamins and Minerals, especially B and C vitamins.
- Contains disease-fighting Immune Proteins that boost the effectiveness of the immune system inside and out to provide potent healing benefits for the skin, hair and gut.

Au naturale. That’s right. Pure and delicious Camel Milk, straight from the source. We are working with Queensland University to ensure our herd’s diet and our handling processes consistently produce the best tasting highest quality milk, with the maximum amount of immune benefits. It is suitable for most people and it contains no beta – Lactoglobulin. Our milk is available from the farm and retail stores.
Persian Feta
This soft, smooth Persian Feta made with fresh Camel Milk is rich and creamy with delicate flavours and a clean finish. Our handmade Feta is a super star ingredient on its own or a versatile addition that will make any cheese board, antipasto, salad, soup, quiche or omelette a stand out favourite. Available in retail stores.
Fromage Blanc
Smooth, creamy and slightly tart, our Camel Milk Fromage Blanc is the only one of its kind in Australia and loved by chefs. Hand-crafted with freshest Camel Milk straight from our Dairy, this delectable fresh soft cheese can be used alongside sweet or savoury flavour profiles. Available from the farm.
Gelato
Our naturally sweet Gelato range is indulgent and incredibly healthy. It is creamy, smooth and naturally low in fat. There are multiple flavours to tempt your taste buds including Vanilla, Chocolate, Salted Caramel, Honey and Macadamia and Mixed Berry. Also loved and devoured by chefs and available from the farm.
