Camel Milk & Honey Immunity Booster
- 1 tbsp Summer Land Camel Milk Powder
- 1 tbsp fresh Ginger Root (grated)
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 cup fresh Camel Milk (or preferred milk)
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric, ground
- 2 tbsp Camel Milk Fromage Blanc (or greek yoghurt)
- 1/2 frozen banana (or other preferred fruit)
- 2 tbsp Raw Honey
- 1 cup Ice
Add all ingredients into a blender.
Blend until smooth.
If you find your shake is too thick, add some Milk, little by little, to the blender.
