Sauté chopped curly kale, onion, spring onion, paprika powder and black pepper.
Mix with grated parmigiano and cheddar, crumbled Summerland Camels Persian Feta, and egg yolk.
Store-bought spring roll wrapper.
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Place filling in the middle of the spring roll wrapper, brush the edges of the wrapper with egg white and fold to form a square. Brush the parcel with melted butter or olive oil. Bake until golden brown (approx. 15 mins).
