Christmas Shipping - Regular Post
Please note: Due to the festive season and public holidays, it may take longer than usual to receive your order. Rest assured, we’re working hard to send all orders as soon as possible.
We recommend that you place orders for gifts no later than the dates listed, to give them the best chance of arriving in time for Christmas Day:
Regular Post to QLD, NSW, ACT, VIC, SA: 18 December
Regular Post to WA, TAS, NT: 11 December
The dates provided are for items posted to metro locations. If you’re outside a metro area, we recommend allowing more time.
You’ll automatically receive a tracking link as soon as your order is on the way.
Our staff will be taking a short break during the holiday period. All orders placed between Monday 22nd December - Sunday 28th December will be dispatched from the 29th of December onwards. If you're looking for a last-minute Christmas gift, we have instant gift vouchers available for our online shop and our tourism experiences.
Christmas Shipping - Cold Delivery
Cold delivery services pause over the holiday period. There will be no cold deliveries in the weeks commencing 22 December and 29 December, as delivery days fall on or near public holidays and transport services are not operating.
Orders close at 10am on Monday 15 December for our final delivery run for 2025 (Sydney orders close at 5pm on 5 December). You’re welcome to place orders after this time, and cold deliveries will be dispatched the week commencing 5 January.

Free Standard Shipping Within Australia
- Eligibility: Orders over $99 AUD (excluding taxes and after discounts)
- Exclusions: Cold Home Delivery orders with refrigerated goods are not eligible for free shipping.
Free Standard Shipping to New Zealand
- Eligibility: Orders over $119 NZD (excluding taxes and after discounts)
Free Standard Shipping to the United States
- Eligibility: Orders over $139 USD (excluding taxes and after discounts)

- Free shipping applies only to standard shipping and excludes cold home delivery, express, or expedited options.
- Free shipping is applicable to a single shipping event per order. If you need items from one order sent to multiple addresses or in multiple shipments, additional shipping charges may apply.

DELIVERY OF GOODS
Physical goods may be delivered by Australia Post and/or other reputable courier companies. Deliveries are processed promptly upon receipt of full payment. Delivery may take between 2 and 14 days, depending on the delivery option. Damaged or lost orders should be resolved with Australia Post or the courier company directly and we are not responsible for goods that are damaged in transit or not received. Replacement of damaged or lost items is made at the discretion of Summer Land Camels.
Digital goods are delivered immediately. Please be aware there are inherent risks associated with downloading any software and digital goods. Should you have any technical problems downloading any of our goods, please contact us so we may try to assist you.
COLD HOME DELIVERY
We deliver refrigerated goods including fresh milk, cheese, and other cold goods to selected destinations in QLD, NSW & ACT. Learn more about our cold delivery service terms and conditions. All cold delivery orders are subject to confirmation.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Important disclaimer for orders shipping outside of Australia
Duties and Taxes:
When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. Such charges are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
The buyer is responsible for obtaining information regarding their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions that may apply when purchasing our products.
By placing an international order (shipping outside of Australia) the buyer is responsible for abiding by their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions.
If product is seized and destroyed by customs, or returned to Australia, we will NOT be responsible for the losses, product, or shipping refunds.
We do not ship alcohol internationally (outside of Australia).
