Receiving deliveries:
- We ask that you or someone at the delivery address be available to transfer items to refrigeration upon arrival.
- In cases where no one is available to receive the delivery, items may be exposed to warmer temperatures, which could impact food safety. Summer Land Camels is not responsible for spoilage, contamination, or adverse effects if items are left unattended.
Delivery areas:
- All cold delivery orders are subject to confirmation.
- Cold delivery is not available to PO Boxes.
- Some postcodes cover multiple regions, and not all suburbs within them are serviced. If your suburb isn’t covered, we will contact you to make alternative arrangements.
