Persian Feta & Macadamia Pesto

Perfect for entertaining, this delicious pesto will be sure to impress your friends as it features Camel Milk Persian Feta from Summer Land Camels – the perfect addition to any entrée or grazing table.
- 150g Macadamias
- 1 Clove Garlic
- 1/2 cup Flat Leaf Parsley
- 1 tsp Sweet Paprika
- Summer Land Camels Persian Feta
- Extra to crumble over the top
- 1 tbs Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Sea Salt to taste
Place macadamias, garlic, parsley & paprika in food processor & whiz till coarse.
Scoop into a bowl & add olive oil, feta & salt.
Mix till just combined.
Serve as a dip with crackers, mix through hot pasta or sprinkle over roasted pumpkin.
