Banana-Camel Protein Shake
- 1 tbsp Summer Land Camel Milk Powder
- 1 cup fresh Camel Milk (or preferred Milk)
- 2 tbsp Summer Land Camel Fromage Blanc (or Greek Yoghurt)
- 1 frozen Banana
- 1 tbsp Raw Honey
- Pinch of ground Cinnamon
- Ice if needed
Add all ingredients into a blender.
Blend until smooth.
If you find your shake is too thick, add some Milk, little by little, to the blender.
This recipe works equally well with Mangoes, Berries or Pineapple.
